About Us
Our Story
Founded by coffee-enthusiast couple Jay and Monica, Happyserv began as a simple weekend café hopping ritual —an experience that fueled their love for coffee. During the pandemic, this passion evolved into something deeper as they learned to brew their own coffee at home, experimenting and refining their palate one cup at a time.
Growing up in the Philippines, they have always known the rich flavors and potential of Filipino coffee. But after moving to Singapore, they quickly realized how rare it was to find coffee from the Philippines. Despite being a coffee-producing country, Philippine coffee remains largely underrepresented in the international scene.
Driven by a desire to reconnect with their roots and share the flavours they love, Happyserv was born in October 2023.
What started as a passion project has grown into a mission—to bring Philippine coffee closer to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), friends and colleagues, and the local community here in Singapore.
More than just selling coffee, they are committed to offering a coffee experience—one that tells a story, connects people, and supports the hardworking farmers back home. With every cup and every pack of beans, they hope to make a small but meaningful impact in improving their livelihoods and celebrate the richness of Philippine coffee culture.

We dream of a future where Filipino coffee is not only recognized but celebrated for its quality, diversity, and rich heritage.

Happyserv aims to let people around the world discover and experience the soul of the Philippines through coffee. From the smooth, floral and fruity notes of the high mountains to the bold, nutty and earthy flavour profile of the coastal farms, each bean of origin tells a story.
Happyserv is dedicated to showcase the unique flavors of Philippine coffee, preserving the traditions behind every harvest, and uplifting the communities—especially the farmers—who make it all possible.
