Non-Refundable Policy

As our coffee is a food item, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  • The wrong coffee was delivered to you.
  • The coffee packaging arrives damaged upon opening.

All our coffee undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our high standards, and we are committed to delivering only the best products.

Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong coffee was delivered.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
If you received the wrong coffee, please contact us at hello@happyserv.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be sent to the address provided by us after the return is approved.

Damages and Issues
If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@happyserv.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct product or a suitable replacement.

Quality Control

Non-Returnable Items
As our coffee is a food item, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the wrong coffee is delivered or the coffee is damaged upon opening. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If a return is accepted due to receiving the wrong coffee or damaged coffee, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for your refund to appear in your account.
